that one looks ok - but the foil wrinkle (white area at bottom of test print) at the beginning may be a clutch issue- but those usually straighten out in the print.
While Offline
To change the print test pattern, repeatedly press the SETUP key until the LCD reads “TEST
PATTERN” followed by the test pattern number. Press either VINYL SLEW key to step through
the test pattern choices, and then press the RESET key to return to the Offline mode.

If you look at the gerber- have the owner do a test print- I will let you know setup - it will print 11.8 inch solid block - dark color on light vinyl - make sure no pixels out. No software or computer needed for test print
Foils last a very long time
Do you own your building? I have worked with industries that have sensitive equipment.
They sawcut out a section of their slab for equipment- so its "floating"
the serious guys take a 3 inch section or perimeter out, and fill with a rubber foam.

I know it stinks. Do you have a backup of the files? If so, you can probably pay someone to convert them to .eps for you, and then any program can open them.

Also since you are running a swivel blade keep the machine in that mode.
No I mean left facing or right facing in the holder. When in the home position the blade sharp end should be facing a certain way. But you can do another sample cut and watch it closely if it cutting proper direction
Also I agree with Fred above
I would give flexi in salt lake a ring tomorrow - make sure you can re-register your version with a new computer - I think some folks were having issues with that version and below
Yes, I think with CMYK object selected, open the fill menu, and click the primer key ( paint brush). Send to output, and check foil order- white should be laying down first - unless you are reverse printing on clear then it would be last
Barry, to be fair you are asking for a narrow category of people on an older sfotware, that may be browsing the forum. I have ( not CURRENTLY) used omega 2.5 on Windows 7. I printed, and cut. I placed the software in Windows XP mode and did not have issues.
