A notice did go out this summer, about Flexi no longer supporting 10x and older. They offered a special to upgrade - cant recall the pricing.... But several people ran into the same issue. I feel your pain, as do people who ran 10x... - I bought 11 from someone, and sold my 8.1 dongled version.

Try turning off your Pinch Roller detection setting. - It should be somewhere in the menu

What Joe said. Sounds like you MAY need more space of blank vinyl around your marks.

Try one or more of the following: 1. watch out for the conflict between cutter settings and Flexi Prod. manager settings. 2. set the plotter to ignore flexi prod. manager 3. calibrate your ARMS sensor - instructions are in the user manual

Usually, a very small screwdriver- and there should be a clip on the outside you can pry it 50% off and it should come off. You can post a pick so I can verify.

yes, I would think so. USB001 is a generic printer port. But I would think when that is selected in Flexi, it would run it. If everything looks good in production manager, my guess is the issue is on the Device manager side-- primary printer, or some other setting. So Flexi shows USB as an...
