If you find a printhead, and its priced right it should be 1K or more. I have only seen maybe two for sale in 4 plus years.
Best to find an older LE or original FTP style that still has a good head. user can run a print test. Oh and dont trust standard shipping companies - etc. I have been...
Look in your user manual, and change your settings to ignore settings from the software... I have a feeling omega is mucking things up on your settings. There is a function in that plotter that ignores software settings, and only uses machine settings.
I agree with the above, and for graphtec factory blades, on the machines I used FC8000 and FC7000 offset was 0. also blade exposed should be a tiny tip barely peeking out.
What do you think this machine is worth? - low end- to high end? Its a few years old, working area is 163" x 63, total size 180" x 90"
3 Universal Modules, plus the camera...brochure attached

If you leave at zero do you have issues?
Looks like it can be done in five - correction - six pieces. You can do what the Pro MX graphic guys do - lay down clear laminate, trace a 1/2 in inside all the edges - digitize and there is your template. Cut some cheap calendared vinyl and see how it fits up / make adjustments.
