I have noticed that some cheap materials slip in the cutter. Like the 3M IJ10. I couldn't get that stuff to cut right to save my life.

Have you done a OPOS alignment lately?

What cutter are you using? I use Caldera and Summa and haven't really had any issues. Other than user error.

I have had that issue with cheap vinyl but now with IJ35/C. The problem with cheap vinyl seems to be that the paper is thinner and cheaper, makes sense, which causes the vinyl to "bow" more. I have ran jobs that screw up with cheap stuff and they cut out great with IJ35. I have one job I have to...

Okay, technically my manual is for the L25500, but I have been told the codes are the same.

That comes up as "connection problem with the front panel".

If it is like the one on my L360, all you have is the big metal one. I would assume all of the 300 series ones are the same. I could be wrong though.

I pulled the end off that the take up bar is connected to, the one with the switch. On the inside I could see that the switch is broke. So I found my problem.

HP had me try setting it up just like the training video they sent me. I have it all setup, then tell the printer to enable the TUR. It will actually pull the media up against the bar during the calibration it does when you hit enable. All of the bars seem to be in place on the TUR.

My doesn't print like that. Is that with a profile that was downloaded or did you make your own?

For those of you with a L360, with your take up, if the sensor bar hits the top, does your media unwind? I was told that it should, but haven't seen anywhere where it says it does. I sure hope that it is supposed to because if I have the TUR setup and enabled, when the printer finishes the...
