  1. Onyx and L360 Cut Contour issues

I have noticed that some cheap materials slip in the cutter. Like the 3M IJ10. I couldn't get that stuff to cut right to save my life.
  2. Onyx and L360 Cut Contour issues

Have you done a OPOS alignment lately?
  3. Onyx and L360 Cut Contour issues

What cutter are you using? I use Caldera and Summa and haven't really had any issues. Other than user error.
  4. Opinions on Summa DC series

I'd call them up and ask for Drew. I am sure he would do everything he could to get you the info you need and to get you some references of those who have them out in the "real world."
  5. Banner material on Latex HP 260 - Someone tell me what i am doing wrong.

I have had great luck with Grimcos house brand, Foward Wound.
  6. edge quality on Latex 360

I did see on the HP Latex Knowledge Base site that one of the HP moderators said today that there was a new firmware out. Part of this one was going to be the mobile notification stuff.
  7. edge quality on Latex 360

I wondering why on my printer when I look it still says "no new updates"?
  8. edge quality on Latex 360

I haven't played with these options. What are they suppose to do?
  9. best value 4-36-40" printer

I also strongly suggest a 54" or larger! Trust me, coming from someone who started with a 30" Roland. Once they find out you have a printer, you will get a request for a 4' wide banner. I think it took me 2 weeks. I now run 2 HP Latex printers and love them as they don't really require any...
  10. 54" Roll material rack

    AWESOME!! Thank you!!
  11. 54" Roll material rack

Would you be willing to share the dimensions/templates you used to build the floor rack? That looks nice!
  12. Media Bowing Issues L360

I have had that issue with cheap vinyl but now with IJ35/C. The problem with cheap vinyl seems to be that the paper is thinner and cheaper, makes sense, which causes the vinyl to "bow" more. I have ran jobs that screw up with cheap stuff and they cut out great with IJ35. I have one job I have to...
  13. HP L26500 Error code- 08:11 call support

Okay, technically my manual is for the L25500, but I have been told the codes are the same.
  14. HP L26500 Error code- 08:11 call support

That comes up as "connection problem with the front panel".
  15. 330 Take up reel Wrinkles

If it is like the one on my L360, all you have is the big metal one. I would assume all of the 300 series ones are the same. I could be wrong though.
  16. edge quality on Latex 360

I hope you filled out the survey HP sends you appropriately. :) My tech from IT Supplies was great. I also downloaded the IJ35C profile, but made my own 12 pass as well. I am using Caldera, but I would think you should still get a good print. I haven't tried the other print modes to see what...
  17. Question on Take Up Reel on L360

I pulled the end off that the take up bar is connected to, the one with the switch. On the inside I could see that the switch is broke. So I found my problem.
  18. Question on Take Up Reel on L360

HP had me try setting it up just like the training video they sent me. I have it all setup, then tell the printer to enable the TUR. It will actually pull the media up against the bar during the calibration it does when you hit enable. All of the bars seem to be in place on the TUR.
  19. edge quality on Latex 360

My doesn't print like that. Is that with a profile that was downloaded or did you make your own?
  20. Question on Take Up Reel on L360

For those of you with a L360, with your take up, if the sensor bar hits the top, does your media unwind? I was told that it should, but haven't seen anywhere where it says it does. I sure hope that it is supposed to because if I have the TUR setup and enabled, when the printer finishes the...
