It looks like you have a lot of patches that are not reading within range of what's expected. All your readings look too light. Does v11 automate restrictions? If you're setting them manually try increasing them until the patches look closer to what the software expects.

I'd like to know how. Our 660 nozzle check won't fit on 42" bond paper.

I looked at their layout tool once and forgot it. All our tiling layouts are done in the Zund prepress app then just sent to Onyx to rip and print.

I like the big Stanley Fatmax but they were tearing holes in all my jeans so now go with the NT 30 degree. Nice and light, loads up with a stack of spare blades and is pointy enough to weed a little vinyl. For serious weeding I grab a real Exacto though.

Weird. Our 60600 is photo quality at 8 pass or more.

We've found Arizona 257 inks have reasonable adhesion.

Have you tried different levels of UV lamp? Sometimes we can reduce this by turning off the trailing lamp on our Arizona.

Laminate. Cast conforms better so you get less silvering but polymeric calendared is usually fine.

Pretty sure theirs only cuts fabric.

MCT do have a laser.

We've got an Oce Procut Zund. Basically a Zund with different software. It's really sped up our finishing especially flatbed work. Take a sheet off the Arizona, throw it on the Zund, scan the barcode and it cuts accurately and quickly. It does the work of 2 or 3 people. Never has a day off...

No Z axis control? Looks like all you need is Enroute or Artcam.

Our Zund routes just fine. We spend some days just routing ACM.

I agree on a used flatbed making sense to get started with. Although only if you can find a low mileage unit and can guarantee fast reliable service at a reasonable cost.
