Make sure your spot white color is set as the correct name for the RIP/printer and that you have the correct profile selected in the RIP. We had to add and tweak some quicksets in Onyx to get ours to work how we wanted it with white. it should be able to print "everything at once" for this...
Set it up so that only the top line and left line are there, then step and repeat with zero space in between. You will either have to manually cut the one very final far right and bottom line in each group, or manually insert it in the file after you step/repeat, but I think this is what you're...
I would see if you can just make a manual color curve adjustment in the RIP for this customer only, we have a couple customers we do that with to hit specific colors. Phototex finishes VERY flat due to the fabric nature of it. We run almost every material here on one custom setting in Onyx so...
We have it in our Epson S70670 printers, but it is disabled in one printer (cleaning cart instead) and even through it is active in the other printer we still never use it. We DO use the white ink option frequently though.
Cutting, weeding, applying should be good. However, the vinyl will not probably stay on long. I had an old roll that I cut a few decals out for my wife's Jeep, and like 3 months later the letters all fell off.
What material is the old logo overlay cut out of?
If it is an air release/wrap material then removing will not be bad; if it is a regular cut vinyl then removal will not go well if it is even possible at all.
You wouldn't believe the money those "ad agency" designers rake in to create horrible designs like those either.
We have two in-house designers here and charge nowhere near what those people charge for their layout design... :banghead::banghead:
And btw, those are FAR from the worst layouts we...
Sounds like a good materials combo to use, but you might still want to put some relief cuts in there; defer to your professional installer about that and their plan.
What material was used previously/currently?
I would have no trouble with guaranteeing the wrap 3 years using proper materials...
We actually put it on all the time, when it has to match an existing bus with it on the trim... which happens to be most of the time unfortunately.
We use 3M 180c and it does hold up well. We tried Avery and a couple other wrap vinyls a couple times and they all fell off really quickly. Use some...
MRAP Scale Template for Vehicle Graphics
NOTE: The front hood/grill/fender area may not be correct, I didn't measure it that well as nothing was going on it, but everything else SHOULD be pretty close. Also, there are a LOT of different configurations of these, so measure your vehicle and...
We are starting to see these around here needing graphics at local municipalities; does anyone have a template out for one yet? I wanted to ask before I drew one...
I picked up a cheapo chinese laser cutter/engraver the other day from a friend who had bought it but never really used it much in their sign shop. I was hoping to get my daughters into using it and maybe they could start their own small sign business up sometime in the future. However, it seems...
2015 HP 360 Latex Printer - was purchased in Nov/Dec but didn't get installed until early January (we were moving our company into a new building).
It is still under warranty, but I think HP's warranty expires after 1 year. We have a full set of brand new heads included in the sale, but the...
