You can see at the top where the shadow from whatever is above it has shaded it from burning. My money's on bad/wrong laminate.

We just got the 126" hybrid a few months ago and had the same issue. We thought for sure we were doing something wrong...glad I'm not crazy. I'll be following this to see what you find out.

I don't know about all this "HP's don't last long" or "the L25500 is a failure" business...we've had an L25500 running for over 6 years now, we've run literally hundreds of thousands of square feet of material through it...everything from vinyls, banners, posters, tradeshow graphic materials etc...

a 62"x35yard roll of Cooley-Brite from NGlantz is in the $500-600 range.

Nglantz carries Cooley-Brite or Arlon has one as well. Ultraflex has one called Ultralon IV BL, you can get it at Grimco.

We have a 10'x50' banner that we never installed because I noticed the grommets were like that as well. Some of them were hanging off the edge of the banner just waiting to rip completely out. And this mesh banner was supposed to go on the side of a building 4 stories up. I nixed the install...
