We ask our techs what they want to learn new each year and then figure out a way to help them learn it. We also let them lead on projects that they express an interest in and try our best to make their efforts succesful.

Your pricing was based on the image they supplied. If you have to purchase a high quality stock image somewhere, that should be passed on to the customer (with a mark up). So why look for free images? Look for good images.

I see way more than 3 missing nozzles and they appear to be at the back of the head. Can you share how you syringe a local area of the print head like the front or back? I've only just done it through the cap top which pulls all the nozzles equally.
