Sarah, try cleaning the encoder strip first. that error really means that the encoder from the motor and the encoder on the head carriage are reporting different info. Usually this is from a dirty or defective encoder strip. Good Luck

what are your quality settings in Versaworks? Can you send a screenshot of that? They will have a much bigger impact on print quality than your Corel color settings.

It's not too critical what you put down there to absorb the ink, but any Roland dealer can get you the "correct" sponge. The part number is 21545195. You'll want to get 6 of them to fill it up.

You can optionally add another pinch roller on 30 inch Graphtec FC plotter, and set do this frequently for municipal sign shops that deal almost exclusively with reflective signs. But most sign shops do fine with just the 2 standard pinch wheels. Sent from my SM-G955U using Tapatalk
