There corporate office orders them for all the locations in bulk then ships them to each location then an employee installs them. They order a "universal" size, which they think will work for all windows, but as you can see "universal" doesn't work.

I was going to say the same! I have an Ioline Smarttrac 24" and have never had an issue in almost 10 years! It's cut thousands of feet of vinyl and keeps cutting! Change the blade every once in a while and that's it. If it breaks I will go and buy another Ioline!

There is a similar shortened van just like that around here! Saw it at a local "Cruise Night" and it was pretty funny because with the shortened wheel base the driver just tapped on the gas and the front wheels would literally hop off the ground! lol I'm sure if he really wanted to he could pop...

I don't think those are horns...they are fumes...gas...smoke getting sucked in throught the ventilator. However, if you convert this to black & white is going to look like horns.
