yes we have used the oracal 3268. they only thing is they recommend no bleed (leave like 1/4" of non print area on the edges. also they have to make sure the surface is clean before they apply them

nazdar has a material called polypro it's part of their image star line. it's similar to a fat head type material. not sure how it would work on floors but it's a low tac to the touch and repositionable, works great on glass and walls. maybe that would do the trick but i would be concerned with...
i just make a cut line box around each line of copy when i create it in illustrator then weed one line at a time and if the text is really small i apply the application tape first and then weed it off the tape and re-apply to the release liner, works ok for me
the roland tech guy showed us that in versa once but i need to practice with it
