I am getting so tired of getting art work from customers and they send you one type of file and if you can’t open it or you don’t have a font they get all pissy.
They tell you I never had this problem before or you’re doing the job you should fix it (well then you are going to pay for it)

I ran vinyl that day and was installing 9:00 till 12:00 (3 trucks) gave him terms because he was a friend. Got paid half the money and then times...
i got 3 hrs of training when we bought our mac LC and illustrator 3

i use mine like that all the time for box trucks. makes the job easier and quicker. i have a gorilla(5yrs old) and a werner(1.5-2yrs old) both are great the fit in my tuscon with no problem and i don't find them any heavier then any other ladder
i have run them on my xc-540 and do it the same way if you don't let the white dry enough you will have issues. just the nature of the beast
the only other thing you could try is run the white over cmyk setting then return to origin and do a white only pass w/ contour cut. i have done that and...
try the hi-tac vinyls / low surface energy vinyl.
worse case use 3M 9471 adhesive. that will work but you have to get some non-pressure sensitive material that you can apply it to.
no matter what you put on it will be able to be removed if someone really wants it off. sometimes the customer's...
