Yes. Easy media made me do that before it would say "scan cyan strip". If I backed out of that step, then went back to scan again, it would tell me I need to do that again.

Hmmm. So you have it is the cyan light to dark went left to right? I had it going up and down. I have no idea what I am doing. This is the first profile I have tried to make. So you at supposed to have them going left to right? wish it had better, more detailed, instructions.

For giggles, I just moved it all over the print and it said "missed a patch". Haha.

Has anyone with Caldera, EasyMedia and a latex printer have any luck profiling their media? I finally got around to working with it and I can't get past the first step. I printed the light and dark transition targets and when I try to make the first scan, it just keeps saying "no movement...

Also, if it just happened, you might have a bad ink cartridge.

I have printed on Oracal 3651 clear with no problems.

I went ahead and upgraded one of my printers. So far, I have seen it adds extra bottom and top margin settings, vertical and horizontal calibration adjustments under image quality. It also lets you adjust what the "warm up temp" is. So far so good.

I just seen there there is an update for the firmware on the L260/L210 printers to 10.00.00.5. Does anyone know what all that includes? What changes it makes?

I bought a L260 first, then added a L210 second. They are the EXACT same printer less the take up and media load too. I did add the take up to mine, and it was several thousand cheaper as there was a killer special the month I got it. So if you already have the L260, you already have the load...

I ditched my terminal a few months back and have stuck with Square too. I have had great luck with it. Plus if I have a month with no CC sales, I don't get stuck with the minimum fee.

Mine called for it at like 60k square feet. I had the tech manual but still didn't want to chance screwing it up. It was only $450 for the parts and to have HP install it. I think the parts alive were like $225.

I just printed a bunch of this on my L26500. I used the HP Photorealistic paper setting, 16 pass. I think I just duplicated the 12pass setting in EasyMedia to make a 16pass profile. So far, it works great. This was actually some art prints for a local artist and she loves them. I am using...

I'm about ready to sign up for signvox myself. Hopefully they do decide to include to configurable workflow.

I use zooprinting.com. They have been the easiest for me to work with.

Not that this is about inks, but I thought the take up system on the L26500 was worth the cost over the L25500.
