There is your problem. Canned profile not made for your specific printer or environment. What a waste of time and materials. Make your own profiles. There is no substitute for proper color management.

Give us some more information about your Linearization and Profile making process. Possibly an error there or bad spectro. Also there is a setting for pure primaries and I believe Onyx has an option to set the output colors independent of Color Management.

On my Seal 6100 the sensors are adjustable up and down. Just adjust/slide them up higher.

Never did this before it failed and did it afterwards even with out heat. It is only one roller that failed, Just one of the heat rollers that was heated most often.

I don't think it is the same issue. How would air get under the roller when it is the bonding agent that has failed and allows the rubber to slip in the roller.
