You can use multiple computers to run it. Create a network, get a ethernet splitter (1 input, 4 output), put the input to your router and your outputs to your computers. Now you should be able to use the network to use multiple computers.
Do you have LC, LM or LK? That plays a part in fixing that issue. CMYK only will often cause that. Also make sure there are no fibers or anything on the printhead.
I've used 3641, It's a lower grade vinyl, but works well for decals. No RA in it, but lays flat, smooth, print quality is decent, contour cuts good. Not really worth it to laminate, at that point go with 3165 or better.
Really? REALLY? Very unprofessional to leave the backer on the substrate. Looks horrible. I've seen quite a few signs with the backer on them and it peels off and looks terrible. Please remove your backers.
I recommend doing what I did. Start out with a standard basic bucket truck, 30 ft, bought mine used for $7,500 and worked for two years. Then I upgraded to a 42' for $23,750 and have had it ever since. Spending $150k on a bucket truck to start out with is insane and not worth it. Think about how...
