Saw one of these for sale in an auction for $25

I recommend a Roland. They self clean themselves every 6 hours and take care of themselves. But make sure you leave it on 24/7.

Nope I go by what it says on the wrap, don't ever remove the wrap and leave it around the shop. I suppose you could hold it up to a light to check it, but I don't see why there is a difference.

You lost any warranty you had on Roland. If anything goes wrong, they will simply tell you, your screwed because you voided the warranty.

I wouldn't make perf at perfect fractions. You need to leave a 1/8" border around it. If the perf sticks to the rubber molding it's going to fail. Molding is never perfect and I've seen it off as much as 3/8". Molding is also crooked so you can't judge the measurement from one area.

Also you can't use a sawsall to cut those poles. You need to use either a cutting torch or a gas cut off saw.

This would result in a major lawsuit of property damage. Also illegal to do.

I bet it doesn't include a block out layer.
