Yes, on the 560/570. It replaces the feed roller underneath and supposedly wipes any contaminants off of your vinyl or banner. It's noisy. And it apparently works! I ran the job with it on and my color was nice and solid.
Anyone have issues with this stuff on their HP Latex? I tried printing a job that is a solid color blue basically and it looks like crap....ink is blotchy. I'm about to reload and put in the Wiper Roller, looks like the vinyl is not perfectly clean. Wondering if others have to use the wiper...
I can tell you right now, 4' tall isn't big enough for anything. That will look like a party streamer at 1000 ft. Check this site out for info: Banner Towing : Sky Banners : Aerial Advertising : Flying Banners : Airplane Banners : FlySigns.com

Any cast vinyl, without air release (not needed), and laminate with 5 or 10 mil Polycarbonate laminate. This lam will add the "heft", giving a super resilient protective layer.
It's the same mentality behind the customer that calls wanting a price for a sign, you give it to them, and they tell you "my guy does it for half that price." THEN WHY ARE YOU FREAKING CALLING ME?!!!

But living with your parents and not doing jack-sh*t isn't. If he had a job, paid them for rent or at the very least helped with food and utilities, I see no problem. He's a lazy punk and they enabled him 12-15 years too long.
Too bad there isn't some sort of search engine or something on the internet where you could type in 'Custom License Plate frames' and then it gives links to websites of companies that sell said objects. I should come up with something like that. Maybe call it "Google" or some catchy name.
I have always found it to work well. You can only do two different colored objects at a time. And you have to make sure all pieces of one color are combined objects....sometimes only having object grouped can give you problems.
EDIT: Take that back...just tried with 4 different colors and...
This is all correct...it is pretty much full version of Flexi. And with this setup, cutting is WAY easier and pretty much automated. Your prints will have a barcode printed with each batch of decals that the plotter reads and cuts, more precise than any I have seen. You can have a full roll of...
