    We're pretty lucky I guess....we are all adults and treated as such. Sure there are times I'll see a little overuse of phones, but in general, everyone gets their work done and handles a call or text as needed. No one has needed reprimanding that I know of here.

    That's probably Type 1 PVC. I believe it is much more rigid (due to less foam expansion in manufacturing). Somewhere between normal expanded PVC and PVC pipe.

    Never thought of trying that....which matte lam you using? I have Oracal 210 and GF Matte....not sure how well they would print but I wanna try it out.

    2 different vinyls? Is that dark spot oily feeling? Like wet? Looks to me it's not drying/curing correctly.

    We do this....but we use the same Rapid Tac we installed with. Soak the transfer tape, rub it all around with your hands. Let it dry for a while then go back and it peels right off.

    It's always been a frustration not being able to create a gradient like that. Always have to jump to PS to make one.

    If you are going to do prints, and laminate, I would suggest Polycarbonate laminate. Works great for things getting used and abused like that.

    I can't wrap my head around wanting to create a proof from your RIP. Your proof should be a nicely formatted template with the artwork, specs, colors, sizes, etc. in it. Flexi can generate this, and you can create one for use in Illy or Corel or whatever you design with. And I agree, to call...
