Take up Or just get a Mimaki CJV series, same print head as the Roland , less money and they come with the take up and $1000.00 worth of ink. What I like about the Mimaki take up is it will reverse so you can print and cut without the media hitting the floor

Clear Color Check out where that Clear Color is being filled. The rumor is that it is a company here in Denver Colorado, who I know from personal experience makes a poor quality product.

Roland They are only a couple of generations behind now. The GS6000 & current Mutoh printers are the next generation (DX6?) and the new Epson Sure Color is the generation after that (DX7?) Now that Epson is building their own printers I wonder how much longer they will support Roland. Mimaki...

SureColor Ditchmiester Did you happen to see one of the new Epson SureColor printers. the Epson folks say it is as good or better then the quality of the GS6000 but is only four color. Ten channel print head with a one inch width is also new to the solvent printers.

Lines Looks like you need to change the feed adjust. With a Mutoh you should not be getting straight lines like that . Do you have the wave effect turned on?
