Xara has a common heritage with Corel and is a pretty tight little program. Not sure how well it plays with import and export of Ais and PDFs. I have an older version that I use off and on.
Corel Draw 7 or 8 shipped with a program that generated digital textures. The wood was pretty good with lots of control & could be rendered out to almost any sized bitmap. Corel Texture. I thought I still had a copy loaded but can't find it now.
Tex Is that a Royal utility body on that truck? We just had a new F250 in here set up with one.
Quality looking kit - wish I could afford something like that.
You can also do that in Corel Draw ( I'm still on the 2010 ver.) with overlapping Powerclips.
Been thinking of getting something to replace Draw and will have to take a look at Affinity.
Good info - thanks.
In a pinch you can use the graphtec cutting plug-in(Cutting Master 3) for illustrator and reset the crop marks to be just the 2 on the leading edge. I've done it (more than once) when I hit the end of a roll printing and had just 2 marks to work with.
If the cut is not too long it is fine.
As the President is under Putin's sway I have no choice but to blame the Russians for this terrible economy.
Actually the Military Industrial Complex is ramping up around here and soon Fortress Guam (WWII ref) will be back in business. Lots of military construction and infrastructure upgrades...
