Next time tell them to forward the video to you and you'll split 60/40 any profits you make with them when you upload it to Pornhub.
  2. Time saving hacks!

Last time I Googled this I ended up on sites that asked me if I was over 18 years old before letting me in.
  3. Anyone know a pressure roller hack?

Not much you can do but.... Put the worst ones on the outer edges and print with larger margins to avoid them. Another thing you can try is to get some neoprene tubing that will fit tight on the core of the failing ones (after you scrape off the black gunk) and have about the same outer...
  4. Pitbull encounter closing shop tonight

We are overrun with strays here but the only dog that has ever bitten me was my Dad's doberman. People need to control their pets or lose them. What are the animal control rules back there? Maybe some of this is in order in case he comes back:
  5. VJ1324 Mutoh Carriage Noise when moving/printing Left and Right

From my own anecdotal evidence (I am not a tech) I think white lithium grease will do. I ran out of the Mutoh KY lube and picked up some Lucas oil white lithium from Home Depot. You are not packing the sealed bearings so it just needs to be thicker than oil as to not drip down on the prints but...
  6. Mutoh Valuejet 1604 Carriage Noise

Good news. That seems to be the solution in many relationships.

  10. Large vinyl murals on foam core advice

No direct Saint for us - the next best match: St. Bernardino of Siena was so well known for his crowd-pleasing public preaching in the early 15th century that he’s now considered the patron saint of advertising and public relations.
  11. What would cause vinyl discoloration like this?

Don't forget to add in the effects of global warming.
  12. Large vinyl murals on foam core advice

So these are banners - maybe a banner stretching system would do better than glue on foamcore. Looks like you are framing each section so this might be worth looking at: http://www.tensioningsolutions.com/ or http://www.lindsignspring.com/
  13. iDot instead of car magnets

Seems unfair to the color blind population.
  14. CNC Hot Wire Cutter

Amazing, I didn't know these even existed. Also looks like something that could be used in a horror movie. Texas CNC Hotwire Massacre
  15. What's this piece???

Not sure how critical they are. I think they soak up the excess ink when a cleaning cycle is run. Maybe just swab around the areas after you run the cleaning so nothing drips down on the prints. What model of printer do you have?
  16. What's this piece???

Looks like the little filler sponge that goes between the short sides of the pint head and the plastic ramps on each side. Been a while but when I had a 1304 as part of the cleaning kit it would come with 2 new ramps and the foam was stuck on each. Either that or check your spitting sponge(if...

  18. Help! I need EXPERT vinyl install coach.

What does the decal look like? Is it an air release film? Is it laminated or premasked? If it is not air release I'd lam it onto a sheet of 180c or something similar - take off any premask if it is all one piece and work it like a regular wrap. Vertical center hinge moving outwards. Heat and let...
  19. Mutoh Valuejet 1604 Carriage Noise

SC do you have the service guide for the 1604? I don't have this printer but I do have a copy of the manual I can send you if you do not (need an email for drop box). The section to remove the lower bearings is pretty short. Might be written for a tech who has done it before. 1. Take the...
