    No foam rollers!. I usually crisscross. Lay down one direction and then a light pass going perpendicular. Of course an automotive sprayer works the best if you have the room and the setup.

    I think you might be talking about the fiberboard type of MDF. I've asked for MDF and it seems like everytime I get something different. The heavy chunked stuff would be more like an underfloor board.
