It looks like one of local takeaways we made a menu for. Their menu measured 15'x2' and the largest letter was one 1/4"!!!! Yes you can imagine how much is on the menu..... If they don't make it ... you will not want it!!!! Customers come in and spend 1/2 an hour looking at what's on the menu...

I will put my bit in here....... You will never get the machine printing perfect Black to Grey to White fades. It has always been an issue with CMYK machines and the way they have to render it. Get over it you can't mend the problem that if you use another colour with Black it will have colour...

I have had similair problems (not as bad as yours though). The biggest problem is the ink lines from the capping station blocking. This blocks the pump and then all the old ink in the lines dry up and block everything. My advise is pull all the pipework apart and clean it. Please wear gloves...

I would go for the Mutoh but I'm biased as that is what I have. If it has been off for a long period you will probably need to clean the pump, change the dampers, clean all the pipework and maybe change the head if you can't get it clean. These printers work better if they are used a lot! So if...

Over the last few months we have had a couple of jobs that bubbled after applying on Alluminium composite. It wasn't Dibond but a cheaper Chinese material. We thought it was what the panel was painted with reacting with the adhesive on the vinyl. After a week this had settled. SC
