I want to wrap our building. Smooth painted, ridges, and regular wrap vinyl seems to adhere well.
I'd be worried about the concrete when it gets cold. See pics. Any suggestions on a 1 yr plus vinyl?
I don't know ANYTHING about these printers... But general logic would say the feed/takeup is bowing causing the smiley.
Any way to strengthen the feed and takeup by adding more center support? Cross brace?
Ideas ideas... Big wide roll = bow - arch = no smiley.

You need to get your hand up under the media from the fender well and create slack by pulling out and up to feed into the groove without heat. (Maybe a little heat)
Basically..
Then... Post heat at 200 degrees. 3951 will work better than 3751 but both work amazing when applied right...
It's only the cut path. Some people put the cut path in a group with a layer style...
Just move the cutpath to a new layer without any appearance and boom!
Make sure there is no appearance style assosiated with the layer.. This makes a perfect cut contour unusable. We get this ALL THE TIME from clients.
It's the little grey dot off to the right of the layer in your layer menu. Remove and ok.
One of my competitors switched to Triangle inks.. Needless to say we've gained 3-5 of his clients this month already.
Don't go cheap. They are charging way less than us an its irrelevant when you output garbage.
Educate your clients.
We are VERY up front with our clients about one thing and it probobly has helped us very much in having long term wraps.
Here it is..
Stress to your clients how important it is to wash AND DRY their wraps weekly. We tell them.. If it fades, peels, falls off.. Etc etc we...
