Yes, you're probably doing something wrong. Versaworks reads dimensions from JPEG files just fine on our system here. Open your JPEG file in Photoshop, then go to Image > Image Size > change Pixels to Inches. Does it say 120 in x 24 in? If not, please explain exactly how you converted the EPS...

Found a better source. First one was scanned from a sample too large to fit on my scanner.

I'm finding lots of vaguely similar fonts but no matches for this... The wider version is what I received from the client. Not sure if the font was designed like that or if it was stretched, so I've also attached a second version that I've squeezed back into proportion.

Grimco here sells Coroplast brand 60"x120" with flutes running 60", so that must be a 10ft extrusion die. They stock 4mm, but 10mm is a special order.

From what I recall, Media Explorer is disabled (greyed out) during printing. Once you're done printing, you can use it. If it's still disabled while nothing is printing, the next thing I would try is restarting Versaworks.
