Scuff it with a Scotch-brite pad to knock the gloss down and give the substrate some tooth. Wipe it down a few times with alcohol before painting.

PVC cracks easily and will bow. Use Dibond if the box doesn't light.

Load your material. Pull out about 1/2 the length of the material your printing on through the front of the printer. Close the pinch rollers and roll back to the leading edge. Skewing will be very minimal and cut in half. If your really concerned or have a lazy eye... pull out the entire...

Depends on how you maintain them and printer use. If your using OEM inks they can last a few years when properly cleaned on a lightly used printer. After market inks are usually hotter and the caps need a little more attention or replacement.

Yes Yes but you won't notice the double ink coverage during the day only at night when illuminated. (when you need the extra color saturation).
