not true as when I get copy written by another it usually reads like a book and with a ton of copy not needed. something like this: "Please, do not park in this area as it is reserved for others. thank you very much. If you do decide to park in this area, you will find that we will tow your...
contact Outwater and ask if they have a non-illuminated version of that bar that comes in lengths that can be cut to size. they sell a ton of extrusions so they might have one. e-mail them the photo you have as it will also help ID it if they carry it
"dates" doesn't help much as a lot of people mix those up thinking today is the 12th instead of the 13th but rarely mix up it's wednesday, not tuesday. keep it as simple and clear as possible and don't give them the chance to have to think as they will mess that up

No parking Monday Wednesday (etc) this side of street
No parking Tuesday Thrusday (etc) this side of street
it would be pretty cluttered with signs on both sides but might get what on earth they are suppose to do
they would mount to the curve the same way you would mount channel letters to a flat unless you use a raceway and then that would be an issue. where is the access panel under that structure or is it on top?
the vinly is only in the area where there is copy and the background white is the acrylic, is that right? if so it isn't a factor in why this looks yellow. clearly there is a center pole that shows thru day or night. my question is how thick is your plastic? .1875" or .125" or did you go...
