I've used a photo of rusted cor-ten and had it printed directly onto aluminum, laminated that to cut letters so they looked rusted. it looked real unless you got really close to it

I too hate that big "J". I do like the hammer embedded into the two letters. I do get where you were going with the nail but one special effect per logo usually works better

make it from HDU. depending on how ornate they want it, you can rout designs into it

love it! love how you used the "O" as a target with a zomibe. love seeing the hardware. the only thing that bothers me is the natural wood. I would have loved to see it a faux rusted metal or something else more industrial as the rest of it has that feel

it goes beyond discomfort. there are times when it is +20 which is summer weather around here but "feels" like -20. it decides how long scholl kids can be outside, workers and such. if you don't feel it is a factor life, have at it but for the rest of us, we listen and take care to dress...

why are the letters scrushed up against each other? that just doesn't work at all as it creates some nasty looking connections between the letters. I do like the image offset and not centered but would move teh hammer head over to the "T" so it kind of creates the handle.

not sure how things work on planet bob but around here the wind chill is a factor when being outside. no one said it changes the temp, they say when speaking of the wind chill that it makes it "feel" like a lower temp. jsut to test this the next time it is -25 here and they say the wind chill...

I am making a sign right now where the client got to say what he wanted and it is a train wreck. taking the money and will deny having made if asked. it is why you see a phone number on a sign. to me that is about as stupid as it gets but they want it as I guess they think people will sit in...
