Your challenge is going to be the stroke width of the letter and whether or not it will accommodate LED's.
Steel Art carries some really nice dimensional letters. I'm not sure if you want these painted, stainless, etc...?
Any decent electric sign shop should be able to build one for you. I'm not familiar with any sign shops right close to you, but Casco Signs in Concord, NC does really, really nice work. They might be able to help you out.
Kevin Crutchfield is the owner. He's really good to deal with. If you...
Hand-made channel letters typically aren't scored to make them fold easily. They're usually marked (scribed) and then hand-bent using a channel letter brake for the straight bends or various diameters of pipe for curved bends.
You're likely only dealing with .040 or .063 so scoring them isn't...
I'm not sure where you would get them in Canada...surely there are lighting suppliers/wholesalers up there?

Jon is a very generous person with both his wisdom and his time. I wish I had called him a year ago.
If you're a business owner or...
I'm about to create a sales thread for this, but I'm curious if anyone uses this as specified on the manufacturers site or for any other purposes?
The product description is "Rubber Based Permanent Removable Bonding Tape System" (full description here).

Thanks for responding. It was manufactured Feb. 17, 2000. I need to get a power plug (same as a computer plug) and print the configuration sheet.
Thank you very much.
Rick has the right idea. In areas with high windloads, it's better to extend the support(s) completely to the top of the cabinet. Bolt and weld the supports to steel framing. This eliminates the suport-to-sign connection becoming the weak point(s). Your faces will be the first to go, followed by...
