I'm not sure what you are using as an application solution, but I used to do it easily. Used rapid tac, and instead of watering it down 2-1, i did 4-1 (Rap tac to water), and use a ton of solution when applying. As you squeegee the solution out, stop after you squeegee over your text and use a...
It's called pirating software :P I understand why the companies do it, but unless your a huge company with $$ to blow on software to stay up to date its stupid. When Adobe did it I was glad that I had already got my copy of CS6 and I will probably never change until it becomes totally obsolete...
We run a purex air extraction system so there's virtually no fumes. It is just 1 continuous print, it is just a large block of color that will be shipped across Canada and installed onto different sized windows.

I forgot to mention that we will have 50+ rolls (150ft roll at 5ft wide) to run this color on so running it out and cutting it off wont work for us. For the smaller runs it is a great idea and I will keep that in mind if I ever run into this issue again.
Does anyone see any issue with the RH...
We've got a very large project that we're printing a solid color red onto 3m IJ8150 and we're having some major issues. When it goes on the take up reel it sticks to the backer and leaves "matte" looking marks like tiger stripes. We've got the room temp at about 80-90F with fans blowing on the...
Does anyone know what product this is, what brand it is, or even a supplier of it? It's not a 3M fasara or Solyx or remlor product.
Got a client who is wanting rolls upon rolls of this stuff but can only provide this photo.

What brand of mask are you using? We just had a similar issue with some drytac material that wouldn't stick to some of our high tack masks that we have in house and had to order some 3M SCPS-55 mask which did the job great.

What I don't get is that when I have the material on the take up reel and I run a nozzle check the take up reel winds the material when it pushes it forward, but unwinds it again when it scrolls back a bit when its finished and the take up actually unwinds it (not being pulled).

I have a really tough time believing that a take up reel get disabled when trying to do multilayer printing. I've got a simple file (20 words) that the client wants to see color on both sides of a clear material but have the letters opaque. In theory printing with white in in a multilayer print...
Haven't used it with Avery material but have used it with 3M Dinoc. the primer is DP-900N. works like a charm.
Don't know if that helps but I imagine that the material won't make too much of a difference.

Just tried it and I got the same message and couldn't download the file (firefox). I even logged into my account there and tried to download it and get the same message. Try clearing the cookies and cache in your browser and try again. I know with airline flights the more you look at them the...
We have installed both on flat glass before (laminated and non laminated), does it not depend on the application whether or not to laminate? Some of the graphics we'll be printing will be going on exterior flat glass and the other portion on interior flat glass, which we would probably laminate...
