Be sure that you ordered & received the correct version of the product. We use a lot of Real Gold here, and occasionally they send us a "cut only" roll instead of the regular material. Those rolls are a LOT thicker.

You have to bury your posts per local code below the frost line (usually 36" around here) in cement. Then you have a few inches still underground w/o cement on them that you can sleeve to hide the sleeve end. There are caps also to make the tops look nice.

Get the Gerber cable. It is the only one that works reliably every time.

You're gonna have to look under a loope and see what color is dropping out. And then go from there checking/replacing. I don't know how to check, as we've never had this problem here.

It looks like a thermal print on a "special effects" film. However, I have never seen that particular film myself. The closest film that I can think of is Avery Kaleidoscope or Confetti film. it may be a material that is no longer available.
