Yes. We do it all the time - there will always be a template or two that's not perfect or is out of whack... But for the most part it works.
Get as straight as you can photo of the vehicle. Get the template.... Blow the vehicle up to the template size, and see if it's accurate. The picture you...
I noticed 2" of dust all over the floor...in every corner of the room. and I cringe thinking of that being near my printer. I imagine theres a seperate print area... but thats a lot of what looks like concrete dust all over!
It can be done. Theres a few ways... Look at all the sign shop franchises. It all depends on what you're doing, and what your specializing in.
Sadly startup costs for a sign shop is cheap - I could (And did) go out and buy a 8K printer and 4K Laminator and produce the same quality prints /...
We use the clear one. Back when we bought it they didn't have frosted... Not sure what the difference is besides the look. I guess frosted will hide all the cuts better once it's more used.
The main reason we like it is how thick it is... If you have a rolls roller it's about as thick as that...

Build one with a plywood top, and add a cutting Mat, the yellow tool ones come.in many different sizes and you can order them in whatever length you want. They're a bit.kore pricey than normal ones... But they're thick and last a long time. We like...
You can print slower, or use a fan. We usually threw a fan infront and it'd be dry by the time it got to the take up reel. It's the easiest / cheapest solution...
We used the h274. But it allowed you to turn up the heat to help dry also - can you not turn up the heat in the front platen? It...
What do you use if you don't use crops? edge lines? Genuinely curious!
We crop everything. We use the crops when applying to substrates as alignment marks, We also use it for cutting square... Yes, if you cut the whole length it'll cut the other crop off... But you cut just up to the crop...
Our seals getting old (15ish years) and it does the same thing. Never thought about alignment but now I'll check!
We still do full rolls... It requires someone to stand in the mid of the ma Hine and hold onto the overlam slightly making it have more tension. Otherwise it'll get a bit loose and...
If it's something they constantly rewrap I'd go with ij40 over ij35 as it's a removable while ij35 isn't. Yes.. If it's only on a week ij35 should still remove semi easy. But if it's outside baking in the sun for 7 days, who knows how much glue will be left behind.
And who knows... If he likes...
I pause my latex all the time. Usually for a few minutes and it'll always resume perfectly.
I like the way the older latex load better than the 560... I love how the 560 doesnt need a spindle, and how the take up is attached... But the huge heating area that always managers to catch media is...
If your pc is plugged in directly to the printer you need a crossover cable. These are different than normal cables you buy for your pc - first thing I'd do is make sure you have the correct cable... The color order on each end will be in a different order than the other.
Is it every image or...
We have a flatbed printer and laminator.
What do we use the laminator for? Applying prints to aluminum, applying cut vinyl to substrates like acyrlic, backlit media, etc. While uv printing is great... It's not as nice or as lasting as solvent / latex. Our flatbed is pretty much used for coro...
Thats when you cut it off, roll it up, and throw it in the trash... it never happened!
It happens to everyone. I remember cutting 3 4 FT decals... I walk away and come back 10 mins later and it's still cutting. Thought nothing of it... kept doing my thing, then when I turned around and saw a...
I love impractical jokers. It has some dumb parts... more and more each episode, but the quality parts more than make up for it.
Is it staged? They claim it's not.... I'm sure some of it is. But who cares? it's TV... If it's funny, its funny. Sometimes after a hard days work, it's good to sit...
You can liquid laminate them with uv lam if you want them to really last outside. Frog juice makes a decent spray. It gives it more durability also.... If you're OK with the change in look.
https://shop.ndgraphics.com/Products/Media/Docs/YNE137.pdf we use this stuff. We have some stuff that's...
It looks like it doesnt think there's enough space, so it.moved it for some reason. Try making it 90% size and doing 6.... See if it still happens or not. Or make it so there's less space Inbetween.
Obviously either doesn't solve the problem for you... But it might diagnose why it's doing it.
just type "%appdata%" in your explorer window and it'll bring you there. It defaults you to roaming... Go back and look in local, thats where most app data is saved to.
It causes the vinyl to be gummy - Thats the main, irrefutable one that everyone who installs will notice. Why does the vinyl become gummy? Because a solvent is a certain percent of alcohol, alcohol that needs to evaporate. When you overlam it right away... where does that solvent go? It...
Tempted... For the price it's well worth it, if you don't need illustrator. We threw it on our CNC machine so that our operator could make simple stuff, It wasn't as... fluid as illustrator was.
Some stuff that annoyed me... When creating a circle or shape in illustrator, you click on the...
