  5. Question Dumbest Thing in Your Shop

We do more than glass, but it's our main market. But i like everything that goes out to be perfect. If it's a cheap product on cheap material, well im lenient on that. but for example, some of our aluminium we get, when pulling off the protective layer, it leaves invisible lines on it until...

This is why i couldn't hire someone to do my job. People pay thousands and even tens of thousands for our glass prints. Wouldn't it be say if you had a generic common size to go off? Here, if you want a sign, it's generally 1220 x 2440mm sheet. and we give a price on that. If they want a banner. we give them a maximum height we do, then tell them how much it'll cost for a rough size.

  12. Caldera color adjustment for glass adhere frost

To create a back lit profile, you need a transmissive spectrophotometer. Basically what that does is it will shine the light though the print illuminating the patches and getting a reading that way. A conventional spectrophotometer is a "Reflective" type where it shins the light onto the print...
  13. LogoJet UV2400 24" x 36" Flatbed printer

Nowhere on the website it says onsite training and installation. Sorry, but the LogoJet doesn't interest me as it does not print a full size sheet (1220 x 2440mm)

Different names for different rips. But it's called either "double strike" or "density mode" double layer? or something like that. All printers should be able to do it. I dont know much about Caldera, but if you dont have the function, you most likely need to create a custom profile, But...

apart from the voltages, you do need to align it. 1, Print head angle. 2, Alignment where you adjust the print head forwards and backwards. 3, nozzle timing alignment, side to side adjustment. that's all done on the computer. I can't remember the procedures, but i wouldn't do it myself as i...
