Well I have narrowed down the offenders. Without realizing it I had over 100 blends in the drawing and vectors with LOTS of nodes. Looks like eliminating the blends will help alot! Whoops, lesson learned I guess.

Well I have not seen a eyedropper tool in versa so I am not sure how this would be accomplished. I can tell you with certainty that the file is that size. Nothing was rasterized as the file was built. They are very complex vectors with lots of nodes also. It is a original document that I built.

Can you elaborate on this? I have never done it and not even sure where its at in versa.

Yes the quality is very much needed as people will walk up to the panel within inches.

Anyone know or had this happen before? Anytime I save a file from Illustrator as a .PDF and try to load it into versa it says corrupt file. No drop shadows, transparencys, just a gradient. Never had this with pdf files.

I have never used it, but Nazdar inks work fine in the machines so I dont see why the cleaning solutions wouldnt? I always use a 3rd party cleaning solution on my xc540 and have never had troubles.

Only thing I am trying to copy is the comapnies colors which does not include green. It is what they want on a background for a wrap. I use versa to rip/print and cutmaster with the graphtec. I think more of my consern is not so much the cutting/printing but more of getting the top arc to match the wood frame thats already there. It was all hand built (without any fancy tools) so I am sure the top half circle is not perfect...

I failed to update this as to what the issue was. The bracket where the 2 screws hold the cutting mechanism on had slightly loosened and allowed the assembly to turn just a fraction. After straightening it up and doing the limit initization again it now works perfect. Not sure how I missed those...
