I like the layout on the product, services and gallery page. Very easy to find what your looking for. I don't like that I have to click your logo to get back to the home page. It also leaves a box around it (the logo) that takes away from the clean look of the page. I agree with isign. The...
What!? There are tons of books on layout and design. Some have been published by a few of the good folks here.
Really. I guess your right. I have seen the new guard coming and going for years now. They all seem to have had your same level of skill and attitude. I will be honest as I have been...
Yesterday I got chewed out by a wanna-be sign guy who waited until the last minute to order his signs and tried to make it my fault that it wasn't going to happen. They all say the same thing..."So there's nothing you can do to help me out?!" I'm thinking off making a coro box and wrap it to...
I'm with cptcorn on this. I only use eco-sol max in my versa-camm. True, we only go through 2 or 3 carts a month (on a good month). I have a print hanging outside the shop that's 2 years old. Colors are still as bright as the day they were printed. That's good enough for me.
I don't deal with SW but I do get e-mails from them. In upstate NY I like to deal with N.Glantz, Grant Graphics and Beacon. All have always been good to me.
You look to have your print quality set at High Speed on the color blocks. There looks to be another issue with the pictures though. Almost like you have some contamination on your material or your laying down to much ink.
Your gonna need solvent rest. tape to tape off the screen. You have to keep moving when you print these signs or the ink dries in the screen. I'd start off with a small order. Small enough so that if screening doesn't work you can cut them. Make sure you have extra blanks on hand. We used to...
Mason...thats alot of cash to put out just to try and improve my stick figures. Ugh, I hate people that make hard things look easy! lol Very cool stuff!
You can set profiles, been awhile since I've done it. You have to set it in the queue. If your using a generic profile they won't look the same as the product profiles. High speed and High quality settings will also change the look of the final print.
We do more for ourselves than anyone else right now. We have 3 hanging on the shop at all times. We change them out at least once every two weeks so they don't get stale.
Very slow. Until last year i was able to keep 2 people working full time all year long. Just switched both my full timers to an everyother day schedule. They're good with it and understand. We have a bunch of large jobs quoted out for reg. customers, but some won't be coming in for 2 or 3 weeks...
That's how it looks around here (Syracuse) most winters. It's been quite, snowing now but we don't have that kinda base. You can have it. lol Looking forward to summer and hoping we have one this year.
Your all in trouble! I am at this very moment bidding on the 18,000 cricuts on ebay. I'm gonna be cutting peeing calvins by the bazillions. Oh ya! I'm gonna own you all!
