the commands you want are in the windows printer driver i don't use the controller but would expect it to be there. woolly

on the odd occasion the data transfer cant keep up with the rate the printer is using it up. just depends on the image. the head just waits a little before each pass. next job it will probably run fine. woolly

apart from the plotter preset perf cuts there is in cutting master 2 the facility to create your own line cut type. also now available i think in sign lab for all types of plotter. been a while since i done it but i think its preset line 7 was the best. woolly

for perf cuts it should have a felt cutting strip as graphtec supply to the dress making industry when they cut paper patterns. it does spoil the standard cutting of small letters but i have a fix if you need woolly

had this one now and again over the years change the blade again or cut a few letters out of reflective, try again. its as if the cutting strip is uneven but i think down to the grinding of a few odd blades woolly

just my bit , i cant see woodworking and vinyl printing working in close proximity dust is your enemy. and a vinyl inkjet would not last 5 mins in a mobile environment. don't wish to be negative but i feel requires a lot more thought. sorry if i have misread your post woolly
