as terry i use the windows driver to tight to buy a rip.
the windows driver does have a max print or and cut length of 2750mm if i remember correctly.
cant believe that there are some still printing, mine never printed anything again after i bought a epson 9500 7 years a go. but it is used...

i use the windows driver for my graphtec direct from corel and find it less intrusive than the flexy cutting master2 driver.

there is a sequence of keys before your list and has changed over time.
unless you have a real reason to go there and a plan don't.
the supplier of the manual should be able to help.

double click the object and the dot in the centre of the object can be moved.
move the dot to the centre of the arc you wish to follow.
transform - rotate - enter no deg - apply to duplicate as many times as req.

long story short x3 handels the problem very well.
part of upto ver x3 outline problem from experience is the quality of the font out lines, chose a different font and you will probarbly find its now acceptable.
