several things can affect the black. but i think that the profile is letting you down, the head could be better, but i don't think its the whole story. try adding 30% cyan 15% mag to your 100% black and more passes, if that cures the problem, start looking at whats altered in the profiles or...

just a thought doing 2 wraps a week on a sp machine may be a bit tedious, i would up the stakes to the xc540 pro3 to give you a bit of capacity left. if you are doing 2 wraps a week you can easily justify the extra cost. also the latest upgrade to the xc is apparently superb woolly

for a pc 60 use the roland printer driver straight out of corel, i have done that for 10 years. in the driver is change resolution, if you decrease the res then the length available goes up. this will not affect the cut quality only the print. unfortunately they are not the best at...

if i have shrinkage problems from heavy ink loads i leave with a unprinted border, for a couple of days before cutting, or trimming. woolly
