personally, i would suggest not touching it. bring it to somebody who knows how to properly troubleshoot it. it might just be a simple problem with a simple solution. messing around with it might just make it worse. kelly kelly
  2. SSD with Smart Response Technology

have they already improved on the write speeds for SSD's? from what i gathered from about a year or so ago, the SSD's have great read speeds, but really bad write speeds. which is why i'm wondering why you'd recommend using them for your temp files. for me, it makes much more sense to put your...

has anybody noticed that the original roland wipers - the one that has a felt side can't seem to hold its shape after a few encounters with cleaning solution? i used to use the white one, and also the silicon one from china - and both seemed to never warp. tho the white one chipped much more...

  16. Help with Test Print

that looks like my test print. i blamed my third party ink for that one - when my test print looked like that only after 3-6 months. although it has been said that even oem inks will wear out your black head first. you can try to do head soaks and cleans. but if all else fails, you might have...

  19. The mother of all overspray!!!

could it be possible that they got the voltage ratings wrong for this one? ie head rank details? as far as i understand it, the point of the head ranks is to be able to fine tune the head's ability to spray varying amounts of ink. hmmm.. or could it be that there are still some remnants of...
