  1. Roland Versacamm

Then he'll owe you even more! :ROFLMAO:
  2. Adobe Muse

Haven't used it but I've spent the last three hours since you posted this playing with the trial and I've got to say IT'S PRETTY DAMN SWEET! Sure, I read a lot about it and some reviews say the code is clunky and bloated and the software is limited but everything negative I've read seems to be...
  3. Roland Versacamm

BOAT ANCHOR The ColorScam was expensive to use, unreliable, tech support was atrocious, painfully slow when it did work. Just another reason ROLAND SUCKS. If you can get it for free it might be worth playing with....if they try to sell it to you for any amount then slap them. Hard.
  4. Signmaking Equipment Auction

If it's anything like the three I've been to prices can be ridiculously cheap....or almost full retail depending on who is there, and how many "plants" the auction company has in the crowd placing bids (I'm convinced that is par for the course).
  5. Buying a new cutter, Other that Roland, any other recommendations?

First plotter was a PNC-1000A. Then the CM-24. Then the ColorCamm. Then we bought a Summa and it was like the good Lord had opened up the heavens. Angels sang as the Summa came out of the box and went right to work. No more of those damn parallel port issues, no more wasting vinyl because...
  6. Buying a new cutter, Other that Roland, any other recommendations?

Graphtec or Summa. You can put Rolands in the same category as the $300 plotters on ebay.
  7. Old Cars...

There was a late 50s Caddy Wagon sitting in a field a few miles from my house that the owner wouldn't sell. Kept telling me "I'm gonna fix it up and make me a hot rod when I get time" It sat in the field for 20 years and rotted/rusted into the ground until there was little left to do anything...
  8. Old Cars...

I've been looking for one for a few years, too, really want one a little earlier. Not so say you're not smart enough to look for yourself but you have checked ebay, haven't you? The picture below is my dream shop truck...rust and all.
  9. Need silkscreener for about 40 shirts

There you go....got to let that stuff out and only keep the happy thoughts inside.
  10. One Shot won't dry

I'm sure I'll catch hell for saying this but I've had that happen and just shook the heck out to the paint can and repainted over the top of the non-drying coat. Both coats dried fine and no, the top coat did not peel off the bottom coat later.
  11. Need silkscreener for about 40 shirts

That "thinking" stuff will get you in trouble, fills your head up with all kinds of messed up stuff.
  12. Need silkscreener for about 40 shirts

Man, are you his big brother or is it just a man crush? Any time somebody says anything to ProWraps you come flying out of the woodwork to defend him.
  13. 36 x 24 reflective green signs

    ALumapanel
  14. New Logo (Ample Electric)

    Isn't retro old by default?
  15. 15-day jail sentence over Lockport sign

Irrelevant. The constitution of the United States carries a little more weight that a local ordinance. He may be able to pull off the "freedom of speech" argument but I think he's lost that argument because the message is flashing between a commercial message and his sentimental message...
  16. 15-day jail sentence over Lockport sign

Hell, he knew the law, had already been busted once, knew the consequences of doing it and did it anyway. He's an idiot. Apparently just fining him didn't work, now he gets to go to jail and see if he learns. If you don't like the law then work to get the law changed....don't just snub your...
  17. Logo design for you to destroy

We're going to revisit the project in a month or so and either add an icon or a character to give it more of an identity. He's going with this version. Invoices, forms and business cards are done but only because they are short run items. Letterhead, envelopes, and boxes will be done after...
  18. things Ive noticed

Oh...can I add one to your list Bruce? Every time I sub out installation to this guy with a bucket truck I somehow get screwed by the customer (through no fault of the bucket truck guy)
  19. things Ive noticed

Love your work and you seem like a hell of a nice guy but man, you make me cringe every time you use "bye" instead of "buy". :thumb:
