i forget who posted it but if you do a search you should be able to find it but someone built a wall mounted stand for holding the rolls of vinyl
they even posted the plans so you could build it your self
it was really nice looking just haven't had a chance to build it yet
i don't think you can...
i have a herniated disc and 2 bulging discs so i have to be very aware of how i sit and if i sit for too long. i don't have a preference of which, i just have to make sure i don't stand or sit for too long i have to move around and like i said you have to be aware of how you sit good posture is...
i have always heard all the negative about avery but (knock wood) never had any problems
i don't go out of my way to use it but sometimes only avery has the color that i need
and they do have one product that i use that is great there high tac adhesive vinyl
that stuff sticks to anything
we do some short run doming in house and just use a kit we got from rds accuflow
works good any large quantity like over 250 we send to development associates
up in RI they do a great job
back in the computer and pager hay days we made a ton of nameplates and we domed them we had a 2 part resin...
i have a few of those i do and use oracal 651 no problems with the few rivets i hit
good for as long as the customers lease on the truck takes me by my self about 4 hours
maybe about 70% coverage and we get around $950
we have a company shut down the week of july 4th and again from x-mas day till new years day seems to work out good but i do sometimes have to come in for the customer begging they need a job so as long as they have money (and more then normal) i come in
but technically we are closed
the roll is not that old i probably order it every 3-6 months
and it is in a controlled temp/environment
and it is solvex i get it from fellers been getting it for years with out any problems
this is weird
printing clear vinyl on roland vp-540 and xc-540 ( i tried both)
and the material keeps bubbling or tunneling off the release liner
now here is the weird part we where just using the same material
yesterday and no problems
it is getting closer to the end of the roll maybe there is...
lots of respect and thanks to all the vets
but we are opened
funny story..well maybe not that funny but
when i was like 19 or 20 me and 2 other friends where signing up for the army to try and get some money to go to college they got in and i got rejected
here is the funny part because i am...
the economy is doing better but know one is hiring
just finding more efficient ways to work and more ways to save money
