I have 6 full sheets of 1220 x 2440 (6x8 feet) printed PVC foam sheets. I have them stuck to a wall of melamine sheets. Currently they've been stuck with strips of Velcro but the adhesive keeps letting go. they hold for a month or so until 1 sheet will let go. Im thinking some 3m double sided...

When you have the tools, you'll want to calibrate everything.

I tend to forget that doing vinyl wrapping object/signs ect you dont need to be millimeter accurate (close to 3/64 inch accurate) you can have 10-20mm bleed. I work with way to much glass :oops:

I would prefer the vinyl over paper. You can get non permanent adhesive on vinyls for removable or reappliable applications. It's lower tack.

i use 256 inks on a 480xt. no banding. nothing. i swear its people who don't look after their machines who always have problems.

Nothing like that. We get people who ask if they can leave it there for a week or 2 as we're waiting on someone else to finish something as it's taking longer than expected to finish for the installation.
