    you need to lay down as much vinyl on the van as possible and then deal with the fender. go on it a little bit at a time. you may also wanna split that sign into a half might make it easier

    if it were me I would cut the background out of pvc, paint to match existing and put 1/8" gemini letters on it, I dont know whether you have this experience or not. This method would be quick and less expensive. there would be no visible difference than original

    I dont know what that conversion is to inches but 10ft is max on artboard BUT you can always scale down and save as eps most vendors can scale back up if they need
