since you are looking at the lowest cost option then look at the USPS site and they have FREE shipping packages for their priority shipping.
a priority flat rate envelope (free) and then place the decals in some paper padding good to go. its 5.95 for S/H via priority USPS
+1 we have a price matching program BUT an official quote/invoice must be submitted and/or the actual product that was produced needs to be inspected.
There is NO verbal price matching offered
It MUST BE an apples -to- apples comparison,
+1 to the ICC profiles
our designer uses Corel and colors are all in the design program, and after any update he has to go in and make sure that the ICC profiles have not changed and the RIP is not overriding the design file settings
do you have pics? that will help figure out what is going on.
first since this is a layered job where did you install first? top edge or bottom edge? you have to start bottom edge so the layers are overlapping top-to-bottom this will allow the rain to roll off like a roof.

thanks for the input
and yes that is why we are looking at the Dye Sub / DTG as the heat transfer creates a HOT PLASTIC SPOT which NO ONE wants to wear even if it means full color for a short run.
we watched them print to blends, 50/50 being the most cotton they used, and the image took but it was distressed / antiqued in appearance when compared to the 100% poly with the same design
just got back from the ISS show in Ft Worth, and wow what an overload in concepts.
the biggest point that we are looking into are full color garments without using heat transfer materials, which boils down to DTG and Dye-Sub for small runs
Personally the DTG seems to be lacking especially...

The most recent failure occurred within 24 hrs of being picked up the edge & corners (corners were rounded) lifted...
Stud mounts into Alumalite is NOT the best situation. Stud mounts are designed for solid substrate (bricks, wood, concrete, etc... ) that allows the studs to be inserted into. The hollow core of the Alumalite will not allow the adhesive the hold to anything.
you are better off with a solid...

How would they even know if you do work for X customer or know when the compete clause was violated?
