Do you have a takeup roll? I have a Roland and only use the 2 outer rollers for banners. You have to make sure to watch it and keep tension until its taped on the takeup or you could get edge curl and head strikes. In fact- I print mine with the head down.
Don't forget to hit pause on the print :)
-I love takeups. I load wraps at night and run prints via my iPhone from home. Twice work as hiring someone. Been doing it for Years with no issues. Just watch it via security camera as needed.

The side handles don't require door panel removal. That's why its a no brainer not to take them off. Mirrors do require panel removal unfortunately. The rear handle requires panel removal.
Actually. I know it's a profiling issue. Need to calibrate your computers and printer to be synchronized. I can print that image all day from versaworks on a roland with no issues.
They are pretty easy to wrap. The door handles are cake to take off- but don't drop that one bolt ;) (you'll know when you try lol)
Side moldings and emblems come off easy but ask your client what they want. If they are using it long term then recommend it.
Use Oracal 3765. You'll love it. No "wrinkle up, bundle drama". And.. If the wrap sticks to the backing paper- it comes off without ripping the paper with it.
There are some halftone swatches built into illustrator. Swatches > patterns > dots
Use it to fill your circle > flatten transparency 100% vector > expand appearance > fill with your gradient
There's another couple steps which might involve dividing the halftones with pathfinder > select...
