Did you try the ICC files Mutoh has on their FTP site? They are for Flexi but they are general ICC files. Might be worht a shot.

Take some pictures of the damper area. We never really discussed how you know the ink is flowing during the cleanings. There should be no air in the lines above the dampers and when you run a cleaning, you should see ink flowing down the waste tubes into the waste tank. There is always some...

DX5 is 31 pin and DX7 is 29.

Yes the DX5 cables have a different amount of pins. I'm surprised a fuse hasn't blown!

It's a possibility but more rare than a fuse or ink flow issue. Can you take a picture of the cables where they plug into the head and post it?

Where did you get the head? If the fuses are all good and you are 100% ink is flowing during the cleaning and fill up cycles, the only thing left really is the head. It is extremely rare if not impossible for every single channel of a head not to fire at all and not be an electrical issue. Do...

The F3 fuse is on the main board located near the corner of the board next to the black metal heat sinks that stick up off the board. I would just check all the fuses on the CR board as there are only a couple. The CR board is the board that the other end of the head cables plug into.

Check the F3 fuse on the main board and also on the CR board. F3 is for the head signal.

You've got a short in the head 2 circuit somewhere. I would check the head cables for any damage, ink splatter, or corrosion and replace if needed. Other than that it could be a fried head or COM IO board.

We only use it as a last resort. Might as well try if you're going to buy a new one!
