how old is your machine ours is about 3-4 years old and we had a different problem about 5-6 months ago and while they where fixing it they replaced the pump N/C because there was a recall or an up grade (something like that) but maybe if it is the pump they may fix it for free

try laminating clear vinyl the the side that won't stick to the window so it is a little thicker that may make it easier to work with

that was nice of them it's all good we are still interested in it but we need to see a demo with some more materials like on clear with white and silver (and we have 2 rolands already and love them so we are trying to stay with them just trying to upgrade our technology)

probably doesn't help you too much but we print/cut them in manageable sheets and then true trim one edge and we have a large stack/paper cutter and we put the sheets in there and chop away other wise you just cut them strip by strip and then down to singles

the worst thing i get in my back yard is a skunk and i am not real happy with that don't need any snakes or gators ...thanks anyway

my sp300 is about 4-5years old and my vp540 is about 3.5years old and knock wood never had a clog but i also have the self cleaning mode on and we use them alot but even when we close for a week no problems (i know that uses more ink but if that keeps my heads from cloggin so be it)
