do-over thanks for the help and doyle we had some issues with our print head on our 4800 and we got a new print head but the repair guy told us when you use secondary inks especially the black has particles that clog the heads because (i forget what the part is called) the capping station...

i only had problems when i did update the software funny that is supposed to make things better, more efficient, blah..blah all i have had are problems and i end up going back to my original version of the software

used merritt before also and had great results and i would recomend them and i will use them again

i have done that for a customer and it was a mixture of the paint guy using the wrong kind of paint and the customer not waiting long enough for the paint to cure but just removing the application tape took the paint off just tell the customer if he doesn't want to wait you won't guatantee...
