i did, but it didn't easily budge. Maybe I need to pop a plastic scraper into it and give that a pry. There are no screws like a Sign Comp setup so I'm pretty sure it should just snap open but it's a stiff bugger if it does.

I'm looking for the manufacturer of this particular banner frame. We have a banner to replace and i'll need to get some information from the manufacturer as to how it opens up and how the clips work on this particular style. Thanks for any info.
