I tried to match it using my resources, then tried to match it with all my known fonts...M54...Freshman...Stahl's Varsity...United Serif...etc. The problem here is the Q. Nothing seems to match that Q. I may just use Varsity or something similar and modify it slightly if needed.

Stahl's has plastisol transfers. For shirts we use S and S and San Mar.
